How to breathe safe in Delhi’s deadly air pollution?

~~Delhi’s polluted air is sucking the purest out!

As shown by Air Quality Index, Delhi’s air quality is scaling upto 600 on measurement scale of PM (particulate matter) of both 2.5 micrometers and 10 micrometers while asphyxiating the fresh air. It has gone to worst levels since Diwali as a huge amount of pollution rendered the air “extremely dangerous”.

People are warned not to come out of their homes, especially old-aged and children, until necessary, especially in early morning and evening hours.

Thus, here are some ways to deal with the dirty air:
1. Pollute air no more: It is requested to all the citizens to no more indulge in polluting the already choking levels of air. People are advised to burn no more crackers again.
Don’t burn trash and wood out in the air as it only adds to increased PM 2.5 levels.
2. Avoid travelling outdoor in night as lower the temperature, more is the level of PM 2.5. also, avoid early morning walks for the air is comparably  cleaner after sunrise.
3.  Eat the food rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants and drink plenty of water to keep airways clean and your immunity stronger.
4.  People suffering from respiratory problems must invest in a face mask rated N95 or N99 for filtering out the small particles.
5.  Keep your air conditioners on while going out in car or at home as they help in filtering out some amount of air.
