5. Working out too much.

Because of their obsession with fitness, women may work out too much sometimes which is not good for their health and body.


6. Not working out at all.

You may think that you don't need to exercise because you are young and fit, but you will have to at 50 in order to stay fit. So start today only to avoid bad health and diseases in old age.


7. Ignoring minor health issues.

Women are used to ignoring minor health issues like a cough or back pain which may be signs of important issues and may trouble them later.


8. Following strict diets.

In order to stay healthy and fit, women sometimes follow a strict diet which may lead to deficiency of some important nutrients. To avoid this, eat a moderate balanced diet.
