A simple tip on being healthy

As simple as it may sound but very hard to implement it on real grounds. You want to be healthy. Just avoid the company of people. Because there are a lot of useless people around you constantly boggling your head with advice on how to stay healthy and then passively cussing and bullying you if you don’t take their advice on a serious enough note. People telling you what healthy and how to look great and what to do. The more the people the more the notions the more the stupidity. Sometimes it includes your close friends and relatives too who might tell you different exercises and constantly keeping you in their attention radar to give you further advice because they have the answer to every god damn problem you ever face. What good is any exercise or health routine if it cannot help you acquire the peace of mind and self-belief? And whether you are healthy or not or rather look healthy or not it is no one’s god damn business. You must be old enough and mature if you are able to read this post this way which means you have developed a sense of life and whatever that might be it defiantly does not owe to your stupid friends and relatives or ever the stupid neighbour. Want to feel healthy. Try to avoid or if possible simply ignore the words of people except for those enlightened and experience one who also listen to your problems besides giving you advice.
