SILENCE HAS GREAT IMPACT ON YOUR BRAIN!!

Many people mistakes silence as peace they think there is not much difference between peace and silence but in fact there is a huge difference between them. Avoiding external noise is considered as silence whereas avoiding internal noise is considered as peace.

One can attain silence easily by deserting himself from the noisy world but attaining peace is not that easy. One has to practice a lot to attain peace. Peace is state where a person remains thoughtless meaning he can rest his mind. In the state of peace a person can hear the natural music which is nothing but his heart beat, flow of blood, his breathing etc. It takes time and practice for one to get into the state of PEACE. First step is attaining silent, even this step is very beneficial to living beings. Practicing silence as a daily basis can improve the intellect and memory powers of an individual. It is scientifically proved by the experiment conducted on two mice, the mouse which had exposed to silence for two hours daily for two weeks had showed some change in it’s brain structure in it’s intellectual part. The second stage is ceasing thoughts and experiencing internal silence which is called peace. It is not that easy to succeed in this stage as it sounds, it takes time and concentration.

Practicing PEACE may not be an easy task but practicing SILENCE is easy so better practicing it and get the benefits. Try it and see the result by yourself.
