5 mistakes not to commit this winter!

~~Winters are ready, knocking the door to send chills through the spine. But beware, let not chills freeze gou this time!
Here's a list of mistakes you should not commit in coming winter.

1. Hot showers: Its winter and how can you bath in cold water but mind you, hot water only grants instant relief. Long term relief lies in bathing with lukewarm water. Or you can simply moisturise your skin after every bath as it tends to get dry and scaly in winter.

2. Laying lazy in the bed: You wanna get cozy in the old cold weather and thus, you avoid physical exercise. But you need to be reminded that your health can become more prone to it. You should avoid diseases. So, just wake up and rise for being healthier and happier.

3. Binge-drinking: If you are thinking of drinking alcohol to get rid of that ugly cold in winter, then make yourself comfy but yes, roo much can be harmful for your health. Alcohol is not very good for your physical system while too much can lead you to troubles.

4. Too much sleep: Too much of sleep and dreams can render you lethargic for the whole day while dampening your high spirits. Though blanket is cozy and comfortable but you need to get out and work. It can also cause lack of sleep or insomnia, thus avoid it and take 6 to 8 hours of sleep everyday.

5. Unhealthy diet: Eating too much sweets and starchy food in winter can increase your blood sugar level unusually.
Thus, avoid excessive intake of glucose and calories. Also limit your consumption of carbs.
