Its never too late to be HEALTHY!

Do you find leading a healthy lifestyle as easy? The answer is.. it is not unless you change your habits and routine to maintain a good physical health.

People do not care at all to maintain healthy habits in spite of knowing that we are in the World of fast-paced tech-savvy lives in which all of us are running towards one common goal that is Money, but in this rush to earn more and have a fat bank balance we all are neglecting one very important aspect of our lives which is health. We are lacking to give our body the attention it requires and ultimately we are the only sufferers.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle we should remember to eat healthy, exercise regularly, drink lots of water every day and reduce unnecessary stress.

Mentioned below are some healthy habits which if practiced in our everyday life with very little effort can reap great benefits in your life :

•    Make it a habit to exercise for at least 30-45 minutes daily/5 times a week.

•    Drink at least 2.5 to 3  liters of water Every day.

•    Eat 6 -7 meals a day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

•    Try to include lean meats like poultry, fish, beans, eggs, nuts etc in your diet.

•    Make sure to eat only those foods which are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt and added sugar, always check the items’ labels to be sure.

•    Control your portion size and make sure you only eat to satisfy your hunger, eat a small portion only.

•    When you want to gorge on some snacks try to eat fruits and nuts or homemade protein bars.

•    Turn off the TV and other gadgets at least an hour before sleeping and always take 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep every night.

•    Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you can as part of your daily diet.
