INTELLIGENCE TEST

It is a written test conducted in two parts (verbal and non-verbal test). It is an aptitude test conducted to check the speed, accuracy level and analyzing ability of the candidates. Both the parts comprises of Multiple Choice Questions which are to be answered within a stipulated time.
   In my view, the questions appearing in the test are very easy so you need not take stress about them. Ensure that you must remain in the comfort zone.

                                                                                 So, Just chill and be confident.



Syllabus covered under Verbal Reasoning:-
    
Analogy and Classification.

Coding - Decoding.

Number Series.

Blood Relations.

Direction.

Seating Arrangement.

Puzzles.

Basic mathematical aptitude.


Syllabus covered under Non-Verbal Reasoning:-

Analogy and Classification of figures.

Complete and Incomplete Pattern of figures.

Cubes and Dice.

Venn diagram (simple one).


 This test comprises of two test booklets, each booklet have around  40 (sometimes 50) questions for which the candidates will be given the time of 17 Minutes (additional time will be given in case of 50 questions). Candidates must try to solve all questions in the stipulated time.


Candidates should never discuss about the marking scheme of OIR. They should only focus on performing well in the test.

The Questions in this test appears so easy so all the candidates would be too smart to do all of them correctly, but time is of essence so candidates must try to complete the questions within the given time allotted.
 
Generally, there remains No Negative marking in this test.

"Candidates are not permitted to bring the Watch in any test at Service Selection Boards."

 Candidates must listen to each and every instruction of the officer conducting the test minutely. Candidates should not get nervous prior to the starting of actual test as the officer will also conduct a practice test to familiarize the candidates for the same.
